TALSA K55 S Bowl Chopper

The Talsa K55 S bowl chopper comes as standard with a 7" touch screen control panel indicating knife speed, temperature, elapsed time and current time. The bowl cutter has a programmable automatic stop triggered by elapsed time or temperature limit. 

The Talsa K55 S bowl chopper has a capacity of 55 litres, enabling the customer to process between 7 and 37kg of product. These machines are ideal for cutting meat, poultry, fish, cheese and vegetable products.

Variable speed is standard on the Talsa K55 S and is adjustable between 500 to 5000 rpm. There is also a slow cutting speed which is adjustable between 50 to 500rpm. Forward and reverse function is standard.

The control board comes with a digital display showing gear, knife speed, temperature, turns, elapsed time and current time.The bowl chopper is made from high quality stainless steel with a solid stainless steel bowl and lid. The four feet fitted to the bottom of the bowl cutter are adjustable and vibration absorbing.
