Ruhle are a well known German manufacturer who have been building robust machinery since the 1960's. The MPR range of high tech tumblers stretch from the MPR150 through to the MPR1500 models. These machines are made from high quality stainless steel and are built with longevity in mind. All models including the Ruhle MPR220 Turbo vacuum tumbler come with a direct cooling system as standard.

The Ruhle MPR220 Turbo Vacuum Tumbler is very popular for marinating/mixing of meat and also for protein extraction. It's not just meat these machines are designed for as they can be used for a wide range of food products.

The outer contour of the mixing arm is designed for gentle handling and processing of delicate products. A rotating scraper keeps all container surfaces perfectly clean. Everything remains within the mixture and nothing is left unprocessed.

The drum on the machine can be tilted to different angles. The large – diameter container enables good rolling of the mixing product. The rotational speed of the mixing arm ranges from 0 to 50 rpm. An arm with a large working surface, but no edges or angles, does the rest.

Twelve parameters are easily accessible at any stages. Recipes can be created intuitively, and everyday tasks are easily facilitated by a smaller control interface. All made possible by perfect software and reliable hardware.

The powerful cooling unit inserts the coolant directly into the perfectly insulated drum. This enables very fast temperature regulation and very precise adaptation to all temperature requirements. As an optional extra, the cooling unit can also be run as a heat pump and supply heat up to 80 °C.

The Ruhle MPR220 Turbo vacuum tumbler comes with a reinforced machine frame and an integrated feeding fork. This enables automatic feeding of the machine using a 150 litre trolley. This prevents spilling of product when the bin is bring swivelled and the lid is opened. The simultaneously moving

tumbling arm removes all the product until entirely out.

Finally, the simultaneous rotating scraper arm ensures complete emptying of the drum.
