Boss Vakuum BASIC-X 630 Vacuum Packer

New to our range of vacuum packing machinery is the Boss Vakuum Basic range of vacuum packers.

Boss is a well known German manufacturer who have been building machines for over 60 years.

The Basic range of vacuum packers are known for their build quality, efficiency and simple design. All machines are made from stainless steel.

All "Basic" machines come with a special lid which is flat around the edges, this means there is less air inside the chamber to evacuate. This feature makes the machine more efficient and enables faster vacuum cycles.

The Boss Vakuum Basic-X 630 vacuum packer is a twin chamber machine and comes with 2 x 630mm sealing bars per chamber as standard. The maximum product length is 600mm and maximum product height is 220mm.

The Z 4000-4 SENSOR control boards used standard on these machines are known for their user friendliness so are easy to use. This control board has 99 program memory slots as well as a H2O program for packing liquids.

Double seal sealing on these machines are also standard.

The Boss Vakuum Basic-X 630 vacuum packer comes in 3 phase electricity and is equipped with an internal Busch 100m3/h vacuum pump as standard.

Machines come on wheels for easy manoeuvrability.
