ORVED VGP Tray Sealer

We are very proud to offer our range of ORVED tray sealers. ORVED is a well known Italian manufacturer who manufacturer high quality machines. These tray sealers are designed to improve product presentation and enhance shelf life of food products. Machines are also suitable for non-food products.

Every machine we supply will be supplied with a 12 month warranty (mainland UK). Our experienced engineers will take care of the installation and operator training of the machine. We are also available for urgent support in the event of any maintenance or service requirements.

The ORVED VGP25 Tray Sealer is ideal for small-medium sized businesses such as butchers shops, farm shops and ready meal producers. These machines may also be the solution for restaurants and catering companies enabling them to offer takeaways, which since COVID-19 times have proven to be in high demand.

Our ORVED VGP25 tray sealer represents a cost effective route in to the market. This machine is very compact in its design and can also be supplied with a built in air compressor, adding further to the small footprint the machine requires.

There is also the VGP60 machine which we supply, this machine comes with a larger 60m3/h vacuum pump for faster cycles.

Machines are MAP gas flush machines as standard, we also offer solutions for SKIN packaging too.
