We supply REX processing machinery. REX is a well known Austrian manufacturer known for their vacuum fillers, sausage cutters and burger forming machinery.

The REX UFM300-6 universal forming machine is a combination machine allowing homemade burger and meatballs to be made of the same machine by way of changing the forming head. The modular structure enables a wide variety of products to be processed and shaped in a simple and economical way.

The new hamburger machine is the optimal machine-based solution for producing hamburgers using low-pressure process. The pneumatic form cutter cuts the burger portions and places them onto the conveyor belt, the burgers are then pressed into perfect homemade burgers via the form belt with optimal dimensional stability. The water spraying unit prevents the product sticking to the blade or conveyor belts.

An optional texture roller can be fitted to the end of the conveyor belt which imprints texture on the the top of the burgers.

The REX UFM300-6 forming machine has the ability to convert the form cutter for meatball production, the form roller head is able to shape single rows of beautifully round meatballs. These form rollers are available in various different diameters for a range of meatball sizes. Meatballs can be produced from meat, potato, vegetables, bread and other food products. 

An optional UV sterilisation unit can be fitted to the conveyor belt which guarantees the highest possible level of bacterial eradication thus enhancing hygiene standards, giving the machine suitability in high risk environments.
