TALSA K30 S Bowl Chopper

The Talsa K30 S bowl chopper comes as standard with a 7" touch screen control panel indicating knife speed, temperature, elapsed time and current time. The bowl cutter has a programmable automatic stop triggered by elapsed time or temperature limit. 

Variable speed is now standard on these machines.

The Talsa K30 S bowl chopper has a capacity of 30 litres, enabling the customer to process between 5 and 22kg of soft meat or product. The 3 knives that come as standard on the bowl chopper are high quality BE-GW Steffens made in Germany. The bowl chopper can be fitted with a 6-knife head as an option, and the blades are easily removed for cleaning in a matter of minutes.

The machine is also equipped with an emergency stop button, high quality silent Poly-V belts and a motor with electronic drive and overload protection. The motor is known for its low energy consumption which gives it a high efficiency. The bowl chopper is made from high quality stainless steel with a solid stainless steel bowl and lid. The four feet fitted to the bottom of the bowl cutter are adjustable and vibration absorbing. 

The Talsa K30 S bowl chopper has a knife lid which is assisted with a pneumatic piston to allow for easy opening, and when opened the knives automatically shut off.
