WEBOMATIC E50 Vacuum Packer

As the UK main agent for Webomatic we supply their whole range of vacuum packaging machinery.

Webomatic is a well known German manufacturer who have been building vacuum packers since 1958. We stock a wide range of machines from table top vacuum packers through to industrial models designed for high output.

Our experience working with Webomatic stretches for decades and our engineers work with these machines daily. We are also proud to stock a wide range of spare parts which are available for immediate dispatch.

The Webomatic E50 vacuum packer is a machine which we tend to carry in stock. These are very popular machines for us because they are extremely versatile.

There are three main seal bar formats available on the E50. There is the "D" version which comes with 2 x 500mm sealing bars, the "W" version with 1 x 450mm / 1 x 660mm sealing bars and the "U" version with 2 x 450mm / 1 x 660mm sealing bars.

The "U" configuration machine is our most popular due to the added versatility by having 3 sealing bars.

Standard machines are 3 phase, single phase is optional. Gas flushing and soft air optional too.

The C50 version has MAP gas flushing as standard and the C3000s control board offering the following additional features:

• 10 selectable programmes
• Ability to vacuum with soft air (ESA) and gas supply (MAP)
• Sensor-controlled with digital display
• Double seal sealing with individually controllable seal wires
