Introducing the new Webomatic ML-C1600 Thermoforming Machine

The is the brand new entry level thermoforming machine from Webomatic. Known for their robust German design the ML-C1600 is more compact solution and ideal for our customers who are short on space. The machine is only 2.9 metres long and less than 1 metre wide so will fit through most standard doors.

These German made machines are also competitively priced and represent great value for money.

The Webomatic ML-C1600 also comes with a generous loading area which can be loaded from one or both sides. The back is completely flat so can rest up against a wall if required.

Designed to work with flexible film the Webomatic ML-C1600 can work with a 322, 362 or 422mm bottom film width. These machines will also allow a maximum pack depth of 100mm (product/material dependent).

The Webomatic ML-C1600 comes with a Mitsubishi control board and Integral Busch 100m3/h vacuum pump. Formats of up to 5 tracks and 2 rows are possible and up to 6 cycles per minute is achievable.

The ML-C1600 machine is designed for low compressed air requirements and comes with a cross cutting guillotine for the "perfect cut".
